Sławomir is the owner of the training and consulting company Bottega IT Minds, bringing together 60 technical experts. Over 17 years in the IT industry, he has worked as a programmer, architect, team leader, mentor, and trainer. In his daily work, he combines Domain-Driven Design, patterns, architectural styles, agile development processes, and common sense. He follows one guiding principle: identify the class of problem at hand and choose the appropriate class of tools to address it. As a hobby, he is interested in positive psychology and cognitive science.
