I am interested in all aspects of work that are reflected in it and have an impact on it—from developers’ technical skills and their willingness to grow, to the broader organization of work. Awareness of these factors makes it possible to take the right actions to improve the quality of the code we work with. I have been pursuing this passion for many years by delivering training for clients, as well as giving talks and running workshops at conferences. I also share my knowledge on my blog. To date, my work includes over 100 trainings and workshops attended by more than 1,000 participants in Poland and abroad. For now, I refactor in Java—but other languages are already waiting in line.
